Pricing is based on distance, route, urgency, timing (AM/evening), and the nature/weight of the load.
The quickest way to get a quote is by completing the contact form with the collection and delivery postcodes, along with any timing or load details.
Dedicated mileage rates (net, + VAT)
Short & regional major city routes
Priced individually depending on distance, timing and load (e.g. Liverpool–Manchester, Birmingham–Coventry, Leeds–Sheffield).
Long-distance major city routes
£1.10–£1.25 per mile + VAT
Routes where return or onward work is usually available
(e.g. London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow).
Standard long-distance UK routes
£1.25–£1.40 per mile + VAT
Most UK regions outside major city corridors.
Remote or rural areas
£1.40–£1.55 per mile + VAT
Limited return work and increased dead mileage
(e.g. Cornwall, rural Wales, Scottish Highlands, coastal/limited access locations).
Additional charges (where applicable)
To keep things simple, these are added directly to the booking price:
Road user charges
London Congestion Charge: £15 (no VAT)
ULEZ: added to the booking where applicable
Dart Charge: £5 added to the booking
Tolls & restricted routes
M6 Toll: £17.50 added to the booking — only used where required to maintain delivery times
or avoid significant delays on alternative routes.
Other tolls / bridges: added to the booking where required.
Inside M25 / access
Inside M25 / restricted access areas: £10–£20 + VAT (only if required).
Extra stops
Additional drops: £5–£15 + VAT per extra stop (depending on distance and access).
Insurance & high-value consignments
Goods in Transit: £50,000 (higher value consignments considered on application)
Public Liability: £1,000,000
